Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 41.--CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

      65-4130.   Enforcement.It is hereby made the duty of the state board of pharmacy and its dulyauthorized officers, agents, inspectors and representatives, and all lawenforcement officers within the state, all county attorneys, the attorneygeneral and the secretary of health and environment to enforce allprovisions of this act, except those specifically delegated, and tocooperate with all agencies charged with the enforcement of the laws of theUnited States, of this state, and of all other states, relating tonarcotic, hypnotic, somnifacient or stimulating drugs.
