Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 42.--EXAMINATION, LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS

      65-4204.   Title and abbreviations.Any person so licensed as a mental health technician in this state shallhave the right to use the title "licensed mental health technician" and theabbreviation "L.M.H.T.," and it shall be unlawful for any person notlicensed as herein provided to assume or use such title or abbreviation.
