Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 42.--EXAMINATION, LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF MENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIANS

      65-4213.   Injunctions.When it appears to the board that any person is violating any of theprovisions of this act or that any person, firm, corporation, institutionor association is employing one not licensed under this act, the board maybring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunctionagainst such violation without regard to whether proceedings have been ormay be instituted before the board or whether criminal proceedings havebeen or may be instituted.
