Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 45.--CERTIFICATION OF OPERATORS OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES

      65-4514.   Disposition of moneys; certification of operators of watersupply systems and wastewater treatment facilities fee fund abolished.(a) The secretary shall remit all moneys received by or forthe secretary from fees, charges or penalties to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto.Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurer shall deposittheentire amount in the state treasuryto the credit of the state general fund.

      (b)   On July 1, 1983, the director of accounts and reports shall transferall moneys in the certification of operators of water supply systems andwastewater treatment facilities fee fund to the state general fund. Allliabilitiesof the certification of operators of water supply systems and wastewatertreatment facilities fee fund are hereby transferred to and imposed uponthe state general fund. The certification of operators of water supply systemsand wastewater treatment facilities fee fund is hereby abolished.
