      65-4945.   Same; existing documents, compliance with act.Any document or other method of establishing a "do notresuscitate" order or directive which has been adopted by a medical carefacility, an adultcare home, or an emergency medical service prior to the effective date of thisact shall be considered in substantial compliance with the definition of a "donot resuscitate" order or directive under this act.
