      65-4946.   Same; DNR identifier; duties of emergency medical services board;rules and regulations.The emergency medical services board shall certify pursuant torules and regulations entities which distribute DNR identifiers. Such entitiesmay be certified when a DNR identifier is distributed only pursuant to aproperly executed "do not resuscitate" directive and when such entity maintainsa toll free, staffed telephone line that may be called at any time to verifythe identity of the patient.
