Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 49.--HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

      65-4959.   Same; file of cooperative agreements for which certificates ofpublic advantage are in effect; notice of termination.The secretary shall maintain on file all cooperative agreementsfor which certificates of public advantage are in effect. Any party to acooperative agreement who terminates the agreement shall file a notice oftermination with the secretary within 30 days after termination.
