Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 49.--HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS

      65-4973.   Same; state board of healing arts; adoptionof rules and regulations.Nothing in this act shall be construed to prohibit the stateboard of healing arts from adopting and enforcing rules and regulations notinconsistent with this act thatrequire licensees of the board to furnish health care records to patients or totheir authorized representative. To the extent that the board determines thatan administrative disciplinary remedy is appropriate for violation of suchrules and regulations, that remedy is separate from and in addition to theprovisions of this act.
