65-513. Changes or alterations required to comply with law; notice;duty of licensee.Whenever an authorized agent of the secretary of health and environmentor secretary of social and rehabilitation services finds amaternity center or child carefacilityis not beingconducted according to law, it shall be the duty of such agent to notifythe licensee in writing of such changes or alterations as the agent determinesnecessary in order to comply with therequirements of thelaw, and the agent shall file a copy of such notice with the secretaryof health and environment. It shall thereupon be the duty of thelicensee to make such changes or alterations as are contained in thewritten notice within five days from the receipt of such notice.Notice shall be given in accordance with the provisions of the Kansasadministrative procedure act.
