Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 5.--MATERNITY CENTERS AND CHILD CARE FACILITIES

      65-515.   Prosecutions.The county attorney of each county in this state is hereby authorizedand required, upon complaint of any authorized agent of the secretary ofhealth and environment, to file complaint and prosecute to the finaldetermination all actions or proceedings against any person under theprovisions of this act.
