Article 5.--MATERNITY CENTERS AND CHILD CARE FACILITIES

      65-520.   Same; complaints against registrant.A certificate of registration shall be in force for one year after the dateof issuance unless revoked pursuant to K.S.A. 65-521. The certificateshall specify that the registrant may operate a family day care home forsix or fewer children. This section shall not be construed to limit theright of the secretary to enter a registered family day care home for thepurpose of assessing compliance with K.S.A. 65-516 to 65-522, inclusive,after receiving a complaint against the registrant of such home.
