65-5011. Application of act to certain credentialing applications.Except as otherwise provided in this act, the review of anapplication for credentialing commenced prior to the effective date of thisact shall be governed by the provisions of this act which apply to thatpart of the review of such application which was not completed prior to theeffective date of this act. The secretary shall authorize an originalapplication for credentialing filed prior to the effective date of thisact, to be amended to address the standards and criteria established underthis act. Nothing in this section shall be construed to require the filingof a new application with the secretary.
