Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 51.--HOME HEALTH AGENCIES

      65-5105.   Survey inspections.(a) In addition to the survey inspection required for licensing or for alicense to remain in effect, the secretary maymake other survey inspections during normal business hours.

      (b)   Each home health agency shall allow the secretary or theauthorized representatives of the secretary to enter upon thepremises of the home health agency during normal business hours for thepurpose of conducting the survey inspection. Failure to allow such entry uponits premises shall constitute grounds for denial, suspension or revocationof a license.
