Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 51.--HOME HEALTH AGENCIES

      65-5116.   Unlicensed employees prohibited from prefilling insulin syringes;penalty.(a) As used in this section "home health agency" means ahome health agency licensed in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A.65-5101 through 65-5115 and K.S.A. 75-5614.

      (b)   No unlicensed person employed by a home health agency, in the courseof employment with a home health agency, shall prefill insulin syringesfor any patient served by the home health agency.

      (c)   Any person who violates the provisions of subsection (b) shall beguilty of a class C misdemeanor.
