65-5309. Schedule of fees; disposition of moneys.(a) The secretary shall establish by rules and regulations areasonable schedule of fees for licensure, for certificationand for project evaluations under thisact. The fee schedule shall be established on the basis of determinationby the secretary of the amount of revenue required for administration of theprovisions of this act.
(b) The secretary shall remit all moneys received from the feesestablished pursuant to this section to the state treasurer in accordancewith the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the statetreasurershalldeposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit ofthe state general fund.
