Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 55.--RESPIRATORY THERAPY

      65-5515.   Injunction.When it appears to the board that any person is violatingany of the provisions of this act, the board may bring an action in a courtof competent jurisdiction for an injunction against such violation withoutregard to whether proceedings have been or may be instituted before theboard or whether criminal proceedings have been or may be instituted.
