      65-5516.   State agency adjudicative proceedings and judicial review; conduct.All state agency adjudicative proceedings under K.S.A. 65-5501to 65-5517, inclusive, shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions ofthe Kansas administrative procedure act and shall be reviewable inaccordance with the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agencyactions.
