      65-5726.   Rules and regulations, orders anddirectivescontinued in effect until superseded.All rules and regulations, orders, and directives of the secretaryof health and environment relating to those duties, functions, and powerstransferred to the adjutant general by K.S.A. 65-5725 shall continueto be effectiveand shall be deemed to be rules and regulations, orders and directives of theadjutant general until revised, amended or nullified pursuant to law.
