Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-620.   Diseased animals; sale.Any person or persons who shall kill, sell or trade or exchange, oroffer to sell, trade or exchange, for human consumption, any diseasedanimal or animals, knowing them to be diseased, shall be guilty of amisdemeanor: Provided, That this act shall not apply to animals soldfor immediate slaughter under state or federal inspection.
