Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-621.   Same; purchase.Any person or persons who shall purchase or get by trade or exchange orin any other way come in possession of any diseased animal or animals,knowing the same to be diseased, for the purpose and with the intent ofdisposing the same for food, except for immediate slaughter under state orfederal inspection, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
