      65-636.   Exhibition of title "drugstore," "pharmacy" or "apothecary."It shall be unlawful for any person, who is not legally licensed as apharmacist by the state board of pharmacy, or any person, firm orcorporation who does not have in continuous employ, at each place ofbusiness, a pharmacist licensed by the state board of pharmacy, to take,use or exhibit the title "drugstore," "pharmacy" or "apothecary" or anycombination of such titles, or any title or description of like import, orany other term designed to take the place of such title.
