Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-642.   Same; penalty.Any person, firm or corporation, and any officer, agent, servant oremployee of such person, firm or corporation who violates any of theprovisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and uponconviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollarsnor more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jailfor not more than thirty (30) days; and upon subsequent offense be punishedby a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars, or imprisonment in thecounty jail for not less than sixty (60) days.
