Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-646.   Same; enforcement of act.The attorney general and the county attorneys of the respective countiesof this state shall enforce the provisions of this act, and they are herebyauthorized and empowered to approve and register such brands and labelsintended for use under the provisions of this act as may be submitted tohim for that purpose and as may, in his judgment, conform to therequirements of this statute.
