Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-648.   Same; prosecutions.The attorney general and the county attorneys of the respective countiesof the state to whom there is presented, or who in any way procuressatisfactory evidence of any violation of the provisions of this act, shallcause appropriate proceedings to be commenced and prosecuted in the propercourts, without delay, for the enforcement of the penalties as in suchcases herein provided.
