Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-661.   Same; proceedings instituted by county attorney.It shall be the duty of each county attorney to whom the secretaryreports any violation of this act, to cause appropriate proceedings to beinstituted in the proper courts without delay and to be prosecuted in themanner required by law.
