65-675. Same; reports and dissemination of information.(a) The secretary may cause to be published from time to time reportssummarizing all judgments, decrees, and court orders which have beenrendered under this act, including the nature of the charge and thedisposition thereof.
(b) The secretary may also cause to be disseminated such informationregarding food, drugs, devices, and cosmetics as the secretary deemsnecessary in the interest of public health and the protection of theconsumer against fraud. Nothing in the section shall be construed toprohibit the secretary from collecting, reporting and illustrating theresults of the investigations of the secretary.
