Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-676.   Same; enforcement of act.The enforcement of the provisions of this act and all acts ancillaryhereto shall be the duty of the division of health of the department ofhealth and environment. The secretary is hereby authorized to appoint thenecessary personnel to properly administer this act.
