Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-678.   Same; cooperation with federal food and drug administration. The secretary is hereby authorized to confer and cooperate with thefederal food and drug administration in the enforcement of the nationalfood, drug and cosmetic act as it may apply to food, liquor, drugs, andcosmetic products received in this state from other states, territories orforeign countries.
