Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6.--FOOD, DRUGS AND COSMETICS

      65-684.   Same; injunction.In addition to the penalties provided in K.S.A. 65-682 thesecretary of health and environment is hereby authorized to apply to thedistrict court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction, upon hearingand for cause shown, to grant a temporary or permanent injunctionrestraining any person from violating any provision of K.S.A. 65-681.
