      65-686.   Same; minor violations of act; notice.Nothing in this act shall be construed as requiring the secretary ofhealth and environment to report for the institution of proceedings underthis act, minor violations of this act, whenever the secretary believesthat the public interest will be adequately served in the circumstances bya suitable written notice or warning.
