Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 60.--ACQUIRED IMMUNE DEFICIENCY SYNDROME (AIDS) AND HEPATITIS B; OTHER INFECTIOUS DISEASE

      65-6007.   Establishment and maintenance of sites fortesting for HIV.The secretary shall establish and maintain test sites throughout thestate where testing for HIV may be undertakenincluding anonymous testing. The secretary shall establish test sitesthroughout the state so that an anonymous test site is available within 100miles of any resident of the state.
