65-6103. Administrator of the emergency medical services board; dutiesand responsibilities; appointment of officers and employees.The chief administrative officer of the emergency medical services boardshall be the administrator of the emergency medical services board. Theemergency medical services board shall appoint the administrator. Theadministrator shall be in the unclassified service under the Kansas civilservice act and shall serve at the pleasure of the board. The administratorshall administer the duties and responsibilities of the emergency medicalservices board as directed by the board. The administrator shall appointother officers and employees as may be necessary to carry out the functionsof the emergency medical services board. All such officers and employeesshall be within the classified service under the Kansas civil service act.
