Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6131.   Municipalities; licensing and regulating ambulance services.Nothing in this act shall be construed to preclude any municipality fromlicensing and regulating ambulance services located within itsjurisdiction, but any licensing requirements or regulations imposed by amunicipality shall be in addition to and not in lieu of the provisions ofthis act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
