65-6152. Same; fees, charges and penalties;remittance and distribution.(a) The emergency medical services board shall remit allmoneys received by or for the board from fees, charges or penalties to thestate treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurershall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of theemergency medical services operating fund. All expendituresfrom the emergency medical services operating fund shall be made in accordancewith appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reportsissued pursuant to vouchers approved by the administrator of the board or bya person or persons designated by the administrator.
(b) The provisions of this section shall expire on June 30, 2004.
