Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 61.--EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

      65-6155.   Same; disclosure of information;liability.Any operator who reports emergency medical services information,ingoodfaith, and in accordance with the requirements of this act and the rules andregulationsprescribed by the board, shall have immunity from any liability, civil orcriminal, whichmight otherwise be incurred or imposed in an action resulting from suchinformation.Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to the unauthorizeddisclosure ofconfidential information when such disclosure is due to gross negligence orwillfulmisconduct.
