65-6307. Use of title by licensee; designation thereof by board; penaltyfor violation.(a) Any person who possesses a valid, unsuspended and unrevoked licenseissued under the provisions of this act shall have the right to practiceand use the title and the abbreviations prescribed by the board foruse by persons holding the license held by such person. The boardshall establish a title and prescribe abbreviations for use by personsholding each class or type of license issued under the provisions ofthis act. No other person shall assume such titles, use suchabbreviations, or any work or letter, signs, figures or devices toindicate that the person using the same is licensed as such under theprovisions of this act.
(b) Any violation of this section shall constitute a class Cmisdemeanor.
