      65-6412.   Administrative proceedings; judicial review.Proceedings under the marriage and family therapists licensure act shall beconducted in accordance with theKansasadministrative procedure act. Judicial review and civil enforcement ofagency actions under the marriage and family therapistslicensure actshall be in accordance with the act for judicial review and civilenforcement of agency actions.
