Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 65.--SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS AND AUDIOLOGISTS

      65-6509.   Administrative proceedings; judicial review.Proceedings under this act shall be conducted in accordance withthe Kansas administrative procedure act. Judicial review and civil enforcementof agency actions under this act shall be in accordance with the act forjudicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
