      65-6702.   Drugs or devices for birth control or fertilization lawful;political subdivisions prohibited from limiting abortion.(a) The use of any drug or device that inhibits or preventsovulation, fertilization or implantation of an embryo and disposition of theproduct of invitro fertilization prior to implantation are lawful in this stateand neither the state nor any political subdivision of the state shall prohibitthe use of any such drug or device or the disposition of such product.

      (b)   No political subdivision of the state shall regulate or restrictabortion.
