      65-6714.   Same; severability clause.The provisions of this act are declared to be severable, andifanyprovision, word, phrase or clause of the act or the application thereof to anyperson shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity ofthe remaining portions of the woman's-right-to-know act.
