Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 68.--HEALTH CARE DATA

      65-6802.   Same; request for and use of data by department of healthservices administration of university of Kansas.(a) The department of health services administration of theuniversity of Kansas and any institute or center established in associationwith the department is hereby authorized to request data for the purposes ofconducting research, policy analysis and preparation of reports describing theperformance of the health care delivery system from public, private andquasi-public entities.

      (b)   The departmentof health services administration of the university of Kansasmay request data for purposes of conducting research,policy analysis and preparation of reports describing the performance of thehealth care delivery system from any quasi-public or private entity which hassuch data as deemed necessary by the department.
