Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 69.--ATHLETIC TRAINERS

      65-6903.   Unlawful representations; penalty forviolation.(a) It shall be unlawful for any person who is not licensed under this act asan athletic trainer or whose license has been suspended or revoked to use, inconnection with such person's name or place of business, the words: "Athletictrainer" or "athletic trainer licensed" or "licensed athletic trainer" or"certified athletic trainer" or theletters "A.T." or "A.T.L.", "L.A.T." or "ATC", or anyother words,letters,abbreviations or insignia indicating or implying that such person is anathletic trainer or who in any way, orally, in writing, in print or by sign,directly or by implication represents oneself as an athletic trainer.

      (b)   Any violation of this section shall constitute aclass B nonperson misdemeanor.
