Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 69.--ATHLETIC TRAINERS

      65-6913.   Injunction.When it appears to the board that any person is violating any ofthe provisions of this act, the board may bring an action in a court ofcompetent jurisdiction for an injunction against such violation without regardto whether proceedings havebeen or may be instituted before the board or whether criminal proceedings havebeen or may be instituted.
