      65-6a39.   Jurisdiction to enforce act vested in district court.The district courts are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforceand to prevent and restrain violations of this act, and shall havejurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this act, exceptas provided in K.S.A. 65-6a24(e).
