      65-6a41.   Refusal to furnish certain information and documents tosecretary unlawful.It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to furnish, on request ofa representative of the secretary, the name and address of the person fromwhom he received any article or animal which does not meet the requirementsof this act, and copies of all documents, if any there be, pertaining tothe delivery of the article or animal to him.
