Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6a.--MEAT AND POULTRY

      65-6a45.   Meat and poultry inspection; disposition ofmoneys received;meat and poultry inspection fee fund.The secretary of agriculture shall remit all moneysreceived by or for the secretary under article 6a of chapter65 of Kansas StatutesAnnotated, and amendments thereto, to the state treasurerin accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each such remittance, the state treasurershall deposit the entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the meatand poultry inspection fee fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be madein accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accountsand reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary or by aperson or persons designated by the secretary.
