      65-6b02.   Same; use in treatment by physician,limitations on interference with.No medical care facility or other health care facility shall interferewith the physician-patient relationship by restricting or prohibitingthe use of amygdalin (laetrile) as an adjunct to recognized, customaryor accepted modes of therapy or by itself in the treatment of anymalignancy, disease, illness or physical condition when amygdalin(laetrile) is prescribed or administered by a physician, and the patienthas signed the written informed request therefor substantially as setforth in K.S.A. 65-6b05.
