Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6b.--AMYGDALIN (LAETRILE)

      65-6b08.   Same; penalty for violations of act.The following violations of this act shall constitute classB misdemeanors: (a) Manufacturing amygdalin (laetrile) without a currentlyeffective registration to do so;

      (b)   distributing amygdalin (laetrile) at wholesale without a currentlyeffective permit to do so; and

      (c)   selling, offering for sale or distributing amygdalin (laetrile) tothe public, except by a physician, without a currently effective permit to do so; and

      (d)   selling, offering for sale or distributing amygdalin (laetrile) tothe public without a valid prescription of a physician to do so.
