Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 6b.--AMYGDALIN (LAETRILE)

      65-6b10.   Same; amygdalin (laetrile) enforcement fee fund.The secretary of health and environment shall remit all moneys receivedby the secretary under this act to the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each suchremittance,the state treasurershall depositthe entire amount in the state treasury. Twenty percentofeach such deposit shall be credited to the state general fund, and the balanceshall be credited to the amygdalin (laetrile) enforcement fee fund, whichfund is hereby created. All expenditures from such fund shall be made inaccordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accountsand reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of healthand environment or a person or persons designated by the secretary.
