Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 7.--MILK, CREAM AND DAIRY PRODUCTS

      65-772.   Secretary to adopt rules andregulations.(a) The secretary shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary toimplement the provisions of this act, and shall be charged with the enforcementof this act and of any rules and regulations adopted hereunder.

      (b)   All rules and regulations of the Kansas department of agricultureor the secretary of the Kansas department of agriculture concerningmilk, cream and dairy products in existence on the effective date of this actshall continue to be effective until revised, amended, revoked or nullifiedpursuant to law.
